Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Surplus Contractor Supply customer account, including accounts used in the SCS Shop mobile app.

Delete from the app

1. Open the SCS Shop app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your sign-in is removed, and the personal details on your profile (name, email address, phone number, and profile photo) are deleted or anonymized.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the app, email sales@surpluscontractorsupply.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

What we keep

Records of completed orders are retained as business records, as described in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Those records include the contact details that were on the order at the time of purchase. Everything tied to your sign-in is removed.

Staff accounts

Staff accounts are managed by Surplus Contractor Supply administrators and cannot be deleted from the shop app. Staff should contact an administrator instead.
